ITINERARY

7:45-8:30: we'll pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter area of Hanoi and take you to Tuan Chau Island in Halong. On the way, we'll stop for a break.
11:45 to 12:00: Get to Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to the Cozy Bay Premium Cruise. We will take you on a 5–6-hour trip on a 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route that is known for its beautiful sights. While having lunch on the boat, locals have given uninhabited islets and outcrops creative names based on how they look.
13:45–14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Archipelago. Visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalagtiles in different shapes of sea life. Then go kayaking or bamboo boating in Luon Cave to see the beautiful lagoon. Visit Titov Island, which has a sandy beach next to a tall limestone mountain that makes a great backdrop for the Bay, and climb Titov Peak for a view of the bay that looks like paradise.
16:30: Returning to Tuan Chau harbor by boat. There is a lot of time to enjoy a sunset party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on the upper deck to music, and having a great time with other people on a group tour among some of the most famous natural sights in the world.
17:30: Get off the boat and take a bus back to Hanoi, stopping briefly along the way.
21:00: you'll be dropped off at your hotel/stay, and the trip will be over.

- More than 5 days prior to arrival: complimentary
- 5 to 3 days before to arrival: 50% of the total rate.
- Less than 3 days before to arrival: full rate.
- No-show: 100 percent of total rate.
*Refund will be issued within 7 business days

2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
- In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

3. Child Policy
- Child from 0 - 4 Years old: free of charge. Sharing the same bed with parents
- Child from 5 - 11 years old: 75% charge. Sharing the same bed with parents
- Child above 12 years old: 100% charge. Private Bed (extra Bed) within the same cabin as parents
