Mon Cheri Cruise is built in 2018 with a mixture of European and traditional Vietnamese style. At every corner of the cruise, you’ll find a cozy yet elegant feeling through its smart design.
The cruise has a total 18 suite cabins, divided into 5 types: Ocean Suite, Ocean Suite Triple, President Suite, Elegance Suite, and the signature cabin, Mon Cheri Suite. These cabins are fully equipped and spacious, with the smallest room being 35 m2 and the biggest room being up to 90 m2 (President Suite).

Mini Golf Course: One of the very few cruises with this special feature, Mon Cheri, equipped with a 360-degree golf course view from the top deck, allows you to practice your “elgle shot” under the stunning beauty of the bay.
Gym and Spa: Don’t miss a chance to stay fit during your travels in the cruise’s gym. The gym is open 24 hours a day with modern equipment.
Bayview Pool: Located on the top deck of Mon Cheri, the cruise’s minipool is a perfect place to relax after a long time of kayaking and swimming. With the Jacuzzi system and water temperature control, you’re comfortable enjoying it at any moment of the day.
Kid Zone: Mon Cheri also offers a kid space, allowing every member of the family to fully enjoy their time on board.

Restaurant on Mon Cheri Cruise
Located on the 2nd floor, Mon Cheri Cruise’s restaurant could cater to up to 55 customers at one time. The restaurant serves a diverse range of foods, including Asian, Western, and Vietnamese traditional foods.
Mon Cheri is also the one and only cruise in Halong Bay that serves Halal food with certification from the Halal Food Organization of Vietnam.

Cooking Class session
The Mon Cheri Cruise journey will start from Halong Bay and anchor at Lan Ha Bay for an overnight stay. Along the way, it’ll stop by Tra Bau, Dark and Bright Cave, Trung Trang, and Cat Ba Island (on a 3-day schedule only).
Activities on board: night squid fishing, Tai Chi, cooking demonstrations, sunset party.
Activities off board: kayaking, swimming, biking, and trekking through Cat Ba National Park.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancel by customer
More than 5 days prior to arrival: complimentary.
5 to 3 days before to arrival: 50% of the total rate.
Less than 3 days before to arrival: full rate.
No-show: 100 percent of total rate. *Refund will be issued within 7 business days
2. Cancellation due to inclement weather: – In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

12:30 Transfer to Mon Cheri Cruise by tender boat. Get a warm welcome from the cruise staff.
13:00 Enjoy the welcome drinks. We’ll get a brief introduction from the cruise captain. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch while Mon Cheri starts its journey toward the bay.
15:30 Stop by Tra Bau, a hidden gem among the jungle of limestone in the bay. Free time to kayak, swim, or relax on board
17:30–18:30: Gather at the sundeck to attend a cooking class and sunset party. Treat yourself to delicious drinks from the outdoor sky bar.
19:30: Special dinner on board.
21:00: Free evening.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Trung Trang Cave - Tuan Chau Marina (B,L)
06:00 Morning rise with a Tai Chi class on board
06:45 Enjoy a buffet breakfast.
07:30 Transfer to the dayboat. Visiting Trung Trang Cave, a mystery beauty located in the Cat Ba Archipelago.
09:30 Back to Mon Cheri Cruise and check out the room.
10:00 Enjoy a light brunch with Mon Cheri coming back to the board.
11:30 Arrive back at Tuan Chau Marina. Bid fare well. Tour end.

Day 2: Cat Ba Island - Viet Hai Village - Lan Ha Bay (B,L,D)
Morning
Have a light breakfast.
Transfer to the dayboat to visit the Cat Ba Archipelago.
Arrive at Viet Hai Village and get on an electric car ride around to explore this hidden gem. Enjoy the calm and fresh atmosphere and get to know more about local daily life.
Afternoon
Return to the boat for lunch.
After that, spend your time relaxing by swimming and kayaking in a quiet lagoon.
Return to Mon Cheri Cruise later on.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Trung Trang Cave - Tuan Chau Marina (B,L)
Morning
Start the morning by practicing Tai Chi. Enjoy your full breakfast.
Arrive at the Cat Ba archipelago. Start your journey exploring the stunning limestones of Trung Trang Cave.
Come back to Mon Cheri Cruise. Go out and have brunch.

FAQs
1. Could we get picked up and drop off at the airport?
No, the bus only picks up & drops off at Hanoi Old quarter.
However, we’re also provide a separated service to transfer from Old Quarter to the Airport. Please kindly note in the booking so that our agent could advise accordingly.
2. Is there vegetarian food available ?
Yes. All of the cruises are now offer vegetarian options for travelers.
Besides, others food such as Halal, non-gluten,.. or any special requirement are also available. Please kindly inform us by email or “note section” once you process the booking in the next step. We’ll ensure your dining experience on board will be memorable.
3. Does the cruise price included transfer from Hanoi or Hai Phong or Ninh Binh?
No it’s not. We have mentioned clearly what’s included in “Price Inclusion” section above. However, we do provide transfer service between cruises and Hanoi/Hai Phong/Ninh Binh. It’s all could be booked in the next step. If your wish destination is not show up, kindly note down on the Booking Notes for our travel expert to advise accordingly.
4. If I plan to book a flight right after the cruise, what time should I book ?
The cruise would be back to the port at 11:30. It then take 3 hours to get back to Hanoi airport & 45 mins to get to Hai Phong airport. As a results, we strongly suggest:
Flight from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong City): After 2pm
Flight from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi City): After 5pm
5. What should I pack for the cruise ?
When packing for Cruise, the most important items to bring are comfortable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you travel during winter months (November to Feb), you may also need to pack a light jacket or sweater to keep warm during cooler evenings.
Typically, each cruise provides 1 – 2 bottles of water for free every day, and you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks. So, if you want to stay hydrated, bring some money (the drinks on board are a little pricy)
It is also recommended that you bring a camera or smartphone with enough of storage capacity for photos and videos in order to make the most of your trip. Prepare some waterproof protection for them, as you will be doing a lot of water-based activities.
Finally, remember to bring any medications or toiletries you might need while away from home.
