Pick up process: 

- From Airport to Hanoi hotels : Our driver will be waiting at your arrival hall, holding a placard with your name on it. 
- From Hanoi to Airport: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel and bring you to international/domestic Terminal as your request.

Please kindly advise some information as below for us to pick you up on time:
- From Airport to Hanoi hotels: Flight Number and expected arrival time
- From Hanoi to Airport: Flight number

Please kindly advise us on the "Note" section at Check Out window

Note:

- With the journey from Hanoi to Airport, we suggest you should leave the hotel: 2 hours in advance for domestic flight & 3 hours in advance for international flight.
