Swan Cruise was built since 2015 and has only 18 cabins. Each cabin has individual bathrooms, a balcony/a large ocean view window, allowing guests to completely appreciate the beauty of Halong Bay. Even though these cabins are not so big (12-18m2 avg), they have everything you need, including comfy mattresses, air conditioning, and other amenities.
Besides, the cruise also equipped with a spacious sundeck, open to the panoramic view of the bay.

2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- Child from 5 – 11 years old: 75% charge. Sharing the same bed with parents

11.40: Arrive Hon Gai Pier. Check – in Swan cruise and get instructions about safety and itinerary from Cruise Manager
13.00: Lunch with Vietnamese set menu will be served. The Cruise will slowly exploring the beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Cap La Island would be our first stop. Enjoying water activities such as swimming, kayaking,..
17.30: Get back to the cruise for Sunset Party and Happy Hours (buy 1 get 1). Then attend our cooking class to learn how to make Nem Ran (Vietnamese Spring Roll).
19.00: Dinner Time
20.30: Night activities. The Cruise will settle in a quiet area for a good sleep.
06:00 Start your day with Taichi Class, an excellent method to calm your mind.
7:00 Breakfast time
08.00: Arrive and explore Thien Canh Son Cave, the hidden gem of Bai Tu Long Bay.
09.00: Come back to Swan Cruise and check out.

Morning:
Arrive in Bai Tu Long Bay. Start your trip by enjoy welcome drinks and safety instruction from Swan Cruise Manager.
Afternoon:
While eating lunch, Swan Cruise will start travel leisurely into the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay. Our first stop will be Cap La Island, where you could take part in water activities including kayaking, swimming.
Get back to the Cruise for Sunset Party and Cooking Class.

After dinner, joining others passengers for night activities such as karaoke, squid fishing,..
Morning
After an joyful Taichi and breakfast, we’ll transfer to a Day Cruise to explore the deeper area of Bai Tu Long Bay like Cap La, Cong Dam. Stop by Vung Vieng Village to get to know about the fisherman daily life.
Afternoon:
Lunch will be served on the day cruise. After that, spending your time swimming and relaxing on the beach before getting back to Swan Cruise.
Evening
Dinner time and overnight on Swan Cruise.
Morning:
After breakfast, we’ll visit hidden Thien Canh Son Cave with magnificent beauty of the limestones and karst.
Then come back to the Cruise for checking out. A light but tasteful brunch will be served on boat.
11:30: Back to Hon Gai Pier. Say good bye to the crew and continuing your travel itinerary.

No, the bus only picks up & drops off at Hanoi Old quarter.
However, we’re also provide a separated service to transfer from Old Quarter to the Airport. Please kindly note in the booking so that our agent could advise accordingly.

Besides, others food such as Halal, non-gluten,.. or any special requirement are also available. Please kindly inform us by email or “note section” once you process the booking in the next step. We’ll ensure your dining experience on board will be memorable.
No it’s not. We have mentioned clearly what’s included in “Price Inclusion” section above. However, we do provide transfer service between cruises and Hanoi/Hai Phong/Ninh Binh. It’s all could be booked in the next step. If your wish destination is not show up, kindly note down on the Booking Notes for our travel expert to advise accordingly.
The cruise would be back to the port at 11:30. It then take 3 hours to get back to Hanoi airport & 45 mins to get to Hai Phong airport. As a results, we strongly suggest:
- Flight from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong City): After 2pm
- Flight from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi City): After 5pm
When packing for Cruise, the most important items to bring are comfortable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you travel during winter months (November to Feb), you may also need to pack a light jacket or sweater to keep warm during cooler evenings.
Typically, each cruise provides 1 – 2 bottles of water for free every day, and you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks. So, if you want to stay hydrated, bring some money (the drinks on board are a little pricy)
It is also recommended that you bring a camera or smartphone with enough of storage capacity for photos and videos in order to make the most of your trip. Prepare some waterproof protection for them, as you will be doing a lot of water-based activities.
Finally, remember to bring any medications or toiletries you might need while away from home.
