– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Launching in October 2025, Cycad Cruise is designed in timeless Indochine style, stretching 56 meters in length and 14 meters wide. The cruise features 24 elegant cabins across 2 main decks, offering space for up to 89 passengers.
You can choose from a variety of room types, including Balcony Junior and Executive Rooms, spacious Family Rooms, Deluxe Sea View Rooms, and the exclusive Ambassador and Presidential Suites. Each offer large windows/balcony, bathtubs, and modern amenities.

Amazing experience and great staff. The tour guide Tommy was simply amazing! The cruise sails in Bai Tu Long Bay and the scenery is simply amazing. This route is much less busy than most popular Ha Long Bay and you can enjoy the views with less tourists around. Food on board was also very delicious.
