Crib and extra bed policies
Under 5 years old: Free
5 – 10 years: 50% charge as adults if sharing bed with parent
Extra bed upon request: 100% charge as an adults
Apply for 1 kid per room. 2nd kid will be charged as an adults
Prices for cribs and extra beds aren’t included in the total price. They’ll have to be paid for separately during your stay.

1. Cancel by customer
– More than 7 days prior to arrival: complimentary
– 7 to 4 days before to arrival: 50% of the total rate.
– Less than 4 days before to arrival: full rate.
– No-show: 100 percent of total rate.

2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Arrival at Halong International Harbor; short time to relax before boarding.

Transfer to Cycad Grand by tender (5 - 10 minutes).

Welcome drinks, safety briefing, and cabin check-in.

Set lunch served as the cruise begins its journey.

Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village by kayak or bamboo boat with local fishermen.

Return to Cycad Grand for shower and refreshments; enjoy Happy Hour and canapé party on the sundeck.

Dinner served in fine dining style with Vietnamese delicacies.

Evening activities: relax on the sundeck, squid fishing, or board games.
