2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Justin de l'agence de voyage a été fantastique. Les échanges avec lui ont été très fluide que ce soit par mail ou par whatsapp avec des reponses très rapides, dans un parfait français. Il a pu nous proposer une croisière de 3 jours 2 nuits sur la baie d’Halong, tout était top et parfaitement organisé. Notamment pour le retour sur Hanoï en navette. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir au Vietnam qui est un magnifique pays avec des habitants vraiment charmants et aidant. This trip was a very good experience. We enjoyed Halong Bay, the food was delicious and all of the staff very helpful. t was not a cruise in the usual sense. The boat moves for a short time and then anchors in the bay. This was fine for us as the views were spectacular.
