– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Launch on March 2025, L’Amour Cruise featured 5 decks with 33 opulent suites. Each suite is a mixture of traditional Indochine interiors and comfort at its best, with private balcony and private bathtub. Those suites also has others amenities, such as en-suite bathroom, AC, TV or wardrobe.

We honestly didn’t know what to expect because photos online sometimes exaggerate, but L’ Amour Cruise turned out to be even nicer in real life. The room felt like a small boutique hotel, super clean, and the balcony view in the morning was unreal. Staff were genuinely kind, not the fake “tourist service smile,” but actually caring. My partner wasn’t feeling well after kayaking and the crew brought ginger tea without us asking. Small gesture but it meant a lot. The only “problem” is that the trip felt too short! If your budget allows, do the 2-night cruise. We regret not booking it.

I am enjoying this trip so much, very fun and interesting trip!! The service was good. The guide Ha was very friendly and nice, which makes our experience better. The food was also delicious, so it was a journey with no regrets at all. Breakfast was personally the best. The scenery was beautiful and the tour was informative, so it was good to witness the scenery. I definitely recommend you to do Amour Cruise!

The cruise experience we had with L’amour Cruise were excellent. From checkin to onboarding to the ship, the service provided exceed well above our expectations. The room is very big, glass windows ocean view perfect for beautiful scenery in Halong Bay. The spacious bathroom is equipped with bathtub facing a glass windows ocean view that blends well the perfect scenery while soaking in a warm water feels so refreshing and relaxing. The food are sumptuously delicious and you will have to cheat your diet while on board to savour the tasty foods. The itinerary for the 2D1N cruise at L’amour is a relatively comforting and relaxing. You are really in 5-star cruise experienced which we really highly recommend.

Thank you. The cruise just run earlier this October 2025 so it don't have many reviews yet. However, it belong to a very reputable company so no worry about the quality.
