– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Hello, we are a couple with a 25-year old daughter, the rates for 3 adults on Calista Ocean don’t specify if it’s one bed or two in the cabin. How can we make sure it’s two beds to have 3 people in the cabin? Otherwise, she’d have to pay for two and we’d like to avoid it. Do you offer matching for single same sex travelers?

Thank you. The Seasonal pool will be open all months. The check in point should be Tuan Chau Marina. The package is included all kayaking and swimming.
