2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Capella Cruise features
Capella Cruise brings a fresh level of luxury to Halong Bay with its mix of modern comfort and beautiful Indochine-style design. The cruise has 30 large suite cabins (32 - 64 m²). Every cabin comes with full amenities, a private balcony, a soft bed, big windows, and a bathtub with a view of the bay.
Capella Cruise also offers many fun and relaxing facilities. You can enjoy a massage at the Sea Memory Spa, watch movies or shows at the Sea Melody Theatre, or try the mini golf course. After dinner, you can visit the Cigar & Poker Club, which has a poker table, board games, and a selection of fine cigars.
The top deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. You can swim in the heated Oasis Pool & Jacuzzi while looking out at Halong Bay and the peaceful Lan Ha Bay. For more excitement, there is a waterslide that lets you slide from the second deck straight into the sea. The sundeck also has The Spirit of the Sea Sky Bar, offering many drink options with a great view.
