2. Cancellation due to inclement weather:
– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Launched in 2019, Heritage Cruise designs is inspired of “Binh Chuan” – the very first “made in Vietnam” boat crafted by the famous shipwright Bach Thai Buoi in 1919. It features 20 cabins with private balconies offering stunning views of Halong Bay. Room sizes range from 33m² to 46m², depending on the cabin types.
