– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Itineraries
12:15 – Pick up – On Board Lunch
Start boarding the cruise. Then Arcady Boutique Cruise will departs from Halong International Port on a joyous journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You will have the opportunity to pass through the grandeur of the legendary bay with thousands of limestone islands such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and Thumb Rock – a beautiful limestone islet rising from sea water in the shape of a giant thumb. Thumb Rock was placed here by Mother Nature to send a message of goodwill to all passengers cruising in the ancient bay.
Have a large lunch with a variety of dishes including seafood, Vietnamese cuisine, and Western cuisine.
14:30 – Tung Sau District ( Kayaking – Pearl Farm )
Tung Sau Pearl Farm is the most well-known pearl farm in Halong Bay, as well as a charming tourist attraction where visitors can witness and learn the entire process of making pearls and extensive pearl products, from the first step of growing to harvesting pearls. The Halong Pearl Join Stock Company owns the pearl farm, which is located in a remote water area surrounded by undulating limestone islands.
Aside from Halong Bay cruises, visiting the pearl farm is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Visitors will learn about the pearl-making process as well as the characteristics of the colors and shapes of oysters grown in this area.
Sporting Events: Swimming, kayaking, and other water activities will allow you to enjoy the green emerald and cool water.

After dinner, there’s a lot of night activities waiting for you such as:

Morning
Get a good start to the day with breakfast on board. Then you’ll be switched to a day cruise to go further into the Bay.
The first stoop would be Ho Dong Tien Cave, located middle of Halong Bay. It is also called Fairy Lake Cave.
After that, you can go kayaking in the Trong Cave area (also called Drum Cave) and swim or lay out in the sun on Trinh Nu Beach (also called Virgin Beach).
11:30: Lunch is served
Get a Vietnamese set lunch and eat it. While you keep going to the Bay.
Afternoon
Visit Me Cung Cave (Maze Cave). The entrance to Me Cung Cave looks like the roof of a house on the side of a rock from a distance. Locals call it Me Cung Cave because the space inside is small and has a difficult layout with many walls. When people went into the cave, they might feel like they were getting lost in a beautiful maze.
16:00 Return to Cruise
Back to the Arcady Boutique Cruise to rest and watch the sun go down.

No, the bus only picks up & drops off at Hanoi Old quarter.
However, we’re also provide a separated service to transfer from Old Quarter to the Airport. Please kindly note in the booking so that our agent could advise accordingly.

Besides, others food such as Halal, non-gluten,.. or any special requirement are also available. Please kindly inform us by email or “note section” once you process the booking in the next step. We’ll ensure your dining experience on board will be memorable.
No it’s not. We have mentioned clearly what’s included in “Price Inclusion” section above. However, we do provide transfer service between cruises and Hanoi/Hai Phong/Ninh Binh. It’s all could be booked in the next step. If your wish destination is not show up, kindly note down on the Booking Notes for our travel expert to advise accordingly.
The cruise would be back to the port at 11:30. It then take 3 hours to get back to Hanoi airport & 45 mins to get to Hai Phong airport. As a results, we strongly suggest:
- Flight from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong City): After 2pm
- Flight from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi City): After 5pm
When packing for Cruise, the most important items to bring are comfortable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you travel during winter months (November to Feb), you may also need to pack a light jacket or sweater to keep warm during cooler evenings.
Typically, each cruise provides 1 – 2 bottles of water for free every day, and you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks. So, if you want to stay hydrated, bring some money (the drinks on board are a little pricy)
It is also recommended that you bring a camera or smartphone with enough of storage capacity for photos and videos in order to make the most of your trip. Prepare some waterproof protection for them, as you will be doing a lot of water-based activities.
Finally, remember to bring any medications or toiletries you might need while away from home.
