Hera Grand Luxury Cruise is an excellent choice if you want a premium experience without going on a large and touristy iron ship. Despite its disguised as a small, boutique cruise with traditional design, Hera Grand Luxury will astound you with the beauty of its oriental concepts inside, fine dining, and outstanding service.
Facilities
Throughout the cruises, you’ll notice multiple touches of signature traditional features, such as hand-embroidered paintings from Quat Dong Handcrafted Village or traditional glassware created by artisans in Bat Trang Ceramic Village.
The cruise featured 11 luxurious suites cabins, with size ranging from 35m2 to 60m2. All of the cabins are sophisticated and customer-oriented, with plenty of natural light coming in through broad windows or spacious balconies. They also have full conveniences, such as en-suite bathrooms, flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, large bed sizes, and more.
These cabins divided into 4 categories: Junior Suite, Ocean Suite, Earth Suite, and Heaven Suite, each carry their own story and inspired by the legends of Hera – the goddess of marriage in Greek religion.
Besides accommodation function, Hera Grand Luxury Cruise is also equipped with various extra facilities: spa room, sauna room, 2 restaurants, and 2 bars on board.
Dining
Hera Grand Luxury Cruise offers a blend of traditional Vietnamese food and Western-style dining, all prepared by professional chefs using fresh ingredients. The cruise offers a variety of serving styles, including buffet for breakfasts, set menu for lunches , and outdoor BBQ party on the Sundeck (subject to weather condition).
Hera could also cater to various diets, including non-gluten, Indian food, vegetarian, etc. Especially with a booking in the Earth and Heaven Suite, you could enjoy a special menu featuring lobsters and nutritious bird’s-net soup.

– In the event of inclement weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will determine the morning of departure whether a cancellation is necessary. If such a cancellation is necessary, we will provide alternative travel arrangements or a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

12:30: Boarding Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Enjoy a fine-dining lunch while the cruise passes by the spectacular beauty of Halong Bay’s islands and islets.
14:30: Stop at Ti Top Island. Hiking to reach the viewpoint of the island, where you could see thousands of the bay’s rock formations from above.
16:00: Kayaking or bamboo boating in the emerald waters of Luon Cave.
17:30: Enjoy a sunset party with delicious tea on the cruise deck. After that, join the cooking session to learn how to make the traditional cake “Banh Troi Nuoc.”

No, the bus only picks up & drops off at Hanoi Old quarter.
However, we’re also provide a separated service to transfer from Old Quarter to the Airport. Please kindly note in the booking so that our agent could advise accordingly.

No it’s not. We have mentioned clearly what’s included in “Price Inclusion” section above. However, we do provide transfer service between cruises and Hanoi/Hai Phong/Ninh Binh. It’s all could be booked in the next step. If your wish destination is not show up, kindly note down on the Booking Notes for our travel expert to advise accordingly.
The cruise would be back to the port at 11:30. It then take 3 hours to get back to Hanoi airport & 45 mins to get to Hai Phong airport. As a results, we strongly suggest:
- Flight from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong City): After 2pm
- Flight from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi City): After 5pm
When packing for Cruise, the most important items to bring are comfortable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you travel during winter months (November to Feb), you may also need to pack a light jacket or sweater to keep warm during cooler evenings.
Typically, each cruise provides 1 – 2 bottles of water for free every day, and you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks. So, if you want to stay hydrated, bring some money (the drinks on board are a little pricy)
It is also recommended that you bring a camera or smartphone with enough of storage capacity for photos and videos in order to make the most of your trip. Prepare some waterproof protection for them, as you will be doing a lot of water-based activities.
Finally, remember to bring any medications or toiletries you might need while away from home.
