The beach has been named after the most common flower on the island, the Rose Myrtle (Sim in Vietnamese). When visiting Soi Sim in the summer, the beach and its surroundings are covered in a gorgeous purple of Rose Myrtle flowers, making the entire area very romantic.

5. Ngoc Vung Beach

 

Ngoc Vung Beach is located on Ngoc Vung Island in the Van Don region, approximately 34 kilometers from Halong Bay.

According to local legend, there’re some mythical mussels used to live in the area. They were so bright at night that they illuminated the entire neighborhood. The mystery inspired locals to give the beach its current name, Ngoc Vung (which translates to “shining pearl”).

9. Ti Top Beach

 

Ti Top is the most well-known Halong Bay beach. it located on Ti Top Island and along a popular bay travel route, attracts thousands of tourists each year. The location has a lengthy seashore with silver sand, crystaline waters, and gentle waves. There are numerous activities available, including kayaking, swimming, and kite surfing.
